Technology of Production Parts solar Panels
Midrla, Zdeněk ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
This work is focused on a proposal of technological production process of components of a solar panel. The proposal of technological production process is suggested in terms production series of 9000 of pieces per year. The work also contains an analysis of construction of all components of the air separator equipment. There are suggested variants of stocks for some of the components. It also includes a selection of the most favourable variant in terms of material usability and practical aspect as well. There is an technological production process designed by the chosen varinat including of a production instructions.
Welding of bike frames
Kotrík, Marcel ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
In my bachelor thesis I elaborated an overview of suitable materials for the manufacturing of bicycle frames. Most preferred materials for mass production of bicycle frames are cured aluminum alloys. The best method for joining aluminum tubular frame construction is fusion welding at robot lines in a protective atmosphere of inert gas. We measured the hardness of the welded metal, heat affected zone and base material at the weld of the bicycle frame. Values are very similar in all areas, so the whole frame structure was cured. We welded a test weld, using TIG method. Hardness of the test weld is about 24.5 % lower, than hardness of the weld from manufacturer. Hardness of the heat affected zone is even lower. The curing of the whole frame construction is therefore very important. There is a concentration cavity in the cut of the weld from manufacturer and the root of the weld is not welded all over. The same defects are in the cuts of our test welds, there is also porosity in one of the test welds. But the test weld is satisfying, despite the defects.
Welding of bicycle frame from titanium alloy
Richter, Tomáš ; Kandus, Bohumil (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is focused to titanium bicycle frame welding. The first part is about bycicle itself. It containes kinds of bikes, materials used for frames and influency of some proportions to handling properties. Next chapter is about titanium. There are properties of titanium and titanium alloys used for bike frames in this chapter. After that there is a chapter about TIG welding, which is mostly used for titanium. This method is mentioned both generally and concretely for titanium. Final part is about technology of bike frame building.
Welding of baker´s furnaces casings
Šurýn, Michal ; Mrňa, Libor (referee) ; Daněk, Ladislav (advisor)
This thesis made in the frame of my engineer studies is focused on technologic process of welding the door-case of bakery ovens. The project will suggest and rate used based material and then the choice of filler material, methods, welding characteristics and welding procedure. At the conclusion of the thesis is brief economical analysis.
The problems of welding stainless steel 1.4541
Šmarda, Vladimír ; Sigmund, Marian (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis focuses on austenitic steel welding in the upper part of a steam generator at the nuclear power station Dukovany, and the suitable technology when replacing this part. Part of this thesis is dedicated to the progressive methods TIG, such as the use of hot wire or orbital welding of pipe parts. The experiment in this thesis project tests the optimal parameters setup when welding while using a modified TIG method; a motor-fed hot wire with a welding source from EWM manufacturer was used in this project. Number of NDT tests, along with destructive tests including metallographic tests, demonstrated and verified that the methods, the additional materials and the way the experiment was carried out were chosen correctly and proved effective. These tests also included the hardness of the welding point and TOO locations. The experiment assessment part summarizes the experiment execution, describes the results of the tests, and recommends further continuation in the process toward WPQR
Welding the frame of the tandem bicycle
Rajm, Vojtěch ; Sigmund, Marian (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
In the first part of thesis were compared frames of two different bicycles and according to this comparison was designed a geometry of tandem bicycle. In a next part were described the most common materials in cycling industry and theirs advantages and disadvantages. According to the comparison, the steel EN 25CrMo was considered as the most suitable material for its low prize and high strength. After that is described weldability of steels and types of cracks which are one of the most casual defects in welded materials. In another part of thesis are theoretically described kinds of suitable welding methods for bicycle frames. As the most suitable are methods in shielding gases MIG/MAG and TIG. As the best method was chose TIG welding. In a practical part of thesis are compared these methods experimentally. Tubes from selected material were welded by MAG and TIG. The TIG welding proved again as better because of deeper and tough welds.
